The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1950s.
The movement is signed with the Eterna name and serial number.

The watch measures 32mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is 18ct gold and there are hallmarks inside the snap-on case back for London 1954 with a case maker’s mark for Robert Pringle & Sons together with the Eterna Watch Co name. The case is in good condition with just minor surface marks. There is a gold hallmark on the side of the case to confirm that the front section is also 18ct gold. The winding crown is a later replacement.

The lens is in lovely condition.
The signed dial is in very nice condition too with original dauphine shaped hands, centre seconds hand and outer minute markers.
A new brown leather strap has been fitted.
