The clock with heavily-cast 'acanthus leaf' base and classical design scroll feet , the case surmounted by an oval gadrooned urn with conforming ormolu handles.

Fitted with a silk-suspension 8-day striking movement which will be overhauled and serviced prior to sale.
The plain patinated circular bronze dial fitted with original blued steel loop-hands , and an opening glass door.

Minor chips to marble plinth bases of tazzas, but overall in excellent condition with wear commensurate with age and use.
