An Early 20th Century Brass Pocket Watch and Chain

Description

An early 20th Century brass pocket watch and chain.

The watch has a Swiss stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 48mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is brass and it is in good condition with still crisp engine turned detail to the hinged case back.

The watch glass is in good order.

The watch has an enamel dial. It has one small knock by number 3, mostly covered by the bezel, but otherwise it is in beautiful condition.

The watch comes with a late Victorian watch albert and fob which measures 31cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
