1924 Silver Pocket Watch in Lovely Condition

1900 - 1920
Description

A 1920s silver Swiss pocket watch made for the English market, in lovely condition.

The watch has a Swiss stem-winding movement which is working well and keeping good time to within around two minutes over 24 hours. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 48mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside both of the case backs for Edinburgh (import mark) 1924. The case is in good condition and the engine turned detail to the back of the case is still nice and crisp.

The watch glass is in good condition.

The white enamel dial is in good condition with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
