The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The movement is stamped Limit No 2, Swiss made.

The watch measures 49 mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The silver case has Birmingham hallmarks for 1925 with the case makers mark A.L.D ( Dennison Watch Case Co Ltd ). The case has light surface marks from use and the odd mild bruise but overall it is in nice condition for a 1920s piece.

The watch lens is glass and is in nice condition with only the odd minor mark.
The enamel dial is in nice condition.
The watch has its original blued steel hands.
The watch comes with a silver chain which has the lion passant silver mark on each link. The chain measures 33 cm.
The chain is in nice condition.
