The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The movement is signed Buren Grand Prix. It hinges out of the case once the screw-on bezel has been removed.

The watch measures 33mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the fixed wire lugs. The case is silver and it is hallmarked for Birmingham 1929, with a maker’s mark Aaron Dennison, the England based watch case maker. The case is in good condition and the milled edge to the bezel is an attractive as well as practical feature.

The glass is in good order.
The enamel dial has a great look, especially with the blued steel Breguet style hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track. There is a hairline crack running from 2 to 5 but you need to look quite closely to see it.
A new black leather strap has been fitted.
