Antique Waltham Traveler Full Hunter Pocket Watch

1900 - 1920
Description

An antique Waltham Traveler full hunter pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely and the time keeping is good to within around two minutes over 24 hours. The movement is signed American Waltham, USA, Traveler and the serial number dates it back to 1907. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is rolled gold (14 carat) and it is in good condition with just some rubbing to the engine turned detail from years of use but overall very acceptable.

The plastic lens is in good condition.

The signed enamel dial is in good condition.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
