The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The movement is signed with the Pan-American name together with a serial number and it is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 41mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The watch is classed as small rather than a fob watch because there is no subsidiary seconds dial. The case has crisp engine turned detail to the back and overall the case is in good condition.

The watch glass is in good condition.
The white enamel dial is signed Philada Watch Case Co, Riverside, NJ, USA (their arm and hammer logo can be found on the inner cover). It is in lovely condition and the blued steel hands with bell shapes are most unusual and very attractive - the hands are lever set. There is also an outer minute track.
The watch comes on a 25cm long chain which is in perfect proportion to the watch. There is also a small fob with the Lords Prayer.
