Antique 1911 Elgin Full Hunter Gold Filled Pocket Watch

Description

Antique 1911 Elgin full hunter gold filled pocket watch.

The watch has a stem winding movement which is ticking away nicely and the time keeping is within 2 – 3 minutes over a 24 hour period. The movement is signed Elgin Nat'l Watch Co. seven jewels and the serial number 16,568,723 which dates the watch to 1911..

The watch measures 50.4 mm diameter excluding the stem. The gold filled case was made by the Keystone Watch Case Company. The case has light surface marks from use and a couple of mild bruises to the back cover but overall it is in nice condition.

The watch glass is in nice condition.

The dial is signed Elgin and is in nice condition.

The watch has its original blue steel hands.
