Antique 1903 Waltham Traveler Full Hunter Pocket Watch

Antique 1903 Waltham Traveler full hunter pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement which is ticking away nicely and the time keeping is good to within around two to three minutes or so over 24 hours. The movement is signed American Waltham USA, Traveler, and it has the serial number 12,495,900 which dates it back to 1903. The movement is protected by an inner dust cover. The inner dust cover is engraved 7th April 1942.

The watch measures 50.6 mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and is the Moon model made by the Dennison Watch Case Company. The front cover springs open as it should when the winding crown is depressed. The case has light surface marks from use and a small "ding" to the back but overall it is in nice condition for a 1903 piece. The front of the case has monogrammed initials T R.

The watch lens is plastic and is in nice condition.

The white enamel dial is in lovely condition.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.
