Stunning Regency Figured Mahogany Antique Grandfather Clock

Dating from Around 1830 In the Regency Period, This Stunning Regency Figured Mahogany Antique Grandfather Clock has been constructed from beautiful quality figured mahogany timbers. With turned finials and reeded columns the attention to detail is outstanding. The glazed door has a key with working lock and the larger figured door also has a key with working lock. This stunning grandfather clock has a beautifully painted face and would be ideal as a decorative piece in any home and may be restored back to working order if so desired as all the mechanism seems to be in place. The case is in beautiful condition and the mahogany has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
