A 1920s Cyrano Pocket Watch

Description

A 1920s Cyrano pocket watch.

The watch has a Swiss stem-winding movement, with 15 jewels, which is working nicely and the time keeping is good to within around two minutes over 24 hours. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover (there is a slight indentation to the cover).

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated. There are some surface marks and a fairly gentle indentation to the back but overall very acceptable for a 1920s piece.

The watch glass is in good condition.

The signed enamel dial is in lovely condition and has blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
