Description

A 1920s Limit No2 "N"gold plated pocket watch.

The watch has a Swiss stem-winding movement which is ticking away nicely and the time keeping is good to within around two to three minutes over 24 hours. The movement is signed Limit No 2 "N", 15 jewels, Swiss made.

The watch measures 50.7 mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is the gold plated Star model by the English watch case maker Dennison. The case has light surface marks from use but overall it is in nice condition for a 1920s piece.

The plastic lens is in nice condition with only the odd minor mark.

The enamel dial is is signed Limit No2 N, non magnetic with Swiss made at the bottom. The dial is in nice condition with only the odd minor mark.

The watch has its original gold coloured hands.
