A fine quality 19th century longcase clock by Robert Hill of Stafford.
The eight-day movement has been professionally fully restored and keeps excellent time. The case is oak with mahogany banding with some ebony and boxwood stringing and stands on ogee bracket feet.
There are working keys for the case and hood and another for the clock works.
Size:
90'' to the top of the eagle
21'' at its widest point.
We welcome and encourage visitors. We are available by appointment only Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5.30pm, other times by arrangement.
