Description

For sale is this very fine and rare WW2 German Alpina KM Kriegsmarine deck watch, circa 1943. The watch on offer retains its original almost mint fully signed Alpina KM dial and all luminous dot markings. The original hand set has lost the luminous infill to both minute and hour hand but all retain their original deep blued finish. The case looks to be of nickel and numbered 312044, and again shows only the slightest of wear and is without any dents or dings. Fully signed Alpina high grade movement in full working order and this watch also retains its original movement dust cover. Originally classified as a grade 111 class navigation watch by the German High Command it was reclassified to a class 11 navigation watch as the war progressed.
