The movement is signed Omega and it has the serial number 5,689,662 which dates it back to around 1919 / 1920. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.
The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The front of the case is in good condition while the back has some unevenness.
The watch glass has minor marks but is very acceptable.
The enamel dial is signed with the original retailer’s name of Elof Ekeblad, Jönköping. It is in lovely condition with very ornate hands … the hands are a slightly different colour of gold which suggests one is probably a later replacement.
