Red Chinoiserie Mantel Clock

1900 - 1920
Description

A delightful red decorated chinoiserie mantel clock. In the form of a small 18th Century bracket clock, it has an arch top with a brass carrying handle, and brass bun feet. The case is decorated in Chinese style raised gilt . The clock has a convex glass and an enamel dial that is signed by the original retailer, J B Yabsley of London. It has an French 8 day movement with a lever platform.

Current Condition

The case is in excellent original condition, the movement has been serviced in our own workshops and is guaranteed for 12 months.

13.00cm wide 22.00cm high 8.00cm deep (5.12 inches wide 8.66 inches high 3.15 inches deep)
