The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The movement is signed Ingersoll-Trenton, 15 jewels and the serial number 3394999.

The watch measures 50.4 mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The gold filled case is stamped Fortune, A.W.C.Co. gold filled. The case has light surface marks from use and a couple of small "dings"to the back.

The watch lens is glass and is in nice condition.
The white enamel dial is signed Ingersoll Trenton . The dial has a faint hairline crack between 8 & 9 o'clock but otherwise it is in nice condition.
The watch has its original blued steel hands.
