Antique 14 ct gold filled Waltham pocket watch.

The watch has a stem winding movement which is ticking away nicely and the time keeping is with 2 - 3 minutes over a 24 hour period. The movement is stamped Am Watch Co, Waltham, Mass and the serial number 9567261 which dates the watch to 1900.

The watch measures 51.7 mm diameter excluding the stem & crown. The gold filled case was made by the Dennison Watch Case Company and is stamped English make Guaranteed to be made of two plates of 14 ct gold with plate of composition between and to wear 25 years. The case has light surface marking from use but overall it is in nice condition.

The glass lens is in nice condition with only the odd minor mark.

The dial is in nice condition.

The watch has its original gold hands. (the sub second hand is possibly later although antique)
