The movement is protected by an inner hinged dust cover.

The watch measures 65mm diameter excluding the stem and the loop so it is larger than the standard 50mm pocket watch. The case is made of argentan which is an alloy of nickel with copper and zinc, with a rose gold coloured trim around the lens. The conditin of the case is good with just minor surface marks.

The watch glass has minor marks but is very acceptable.
The enamel dial has the original retailer’s name - it appears to be a London based retailer but the writing is worn. There are a couple of hairline cracks. Blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch comes with a watch chain or albert with graduated links - it measures 32cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.
