Georgian Country Oak Antique Grandfather Clock

This Wonderful Country Oak Antique Grandfather Clock dates from around 1800 in the Georgian period. This superb clock has the makers name Rob T and Betty from Sutton. It has a central brass finial with swan neck pediment. The dial is brass with black roman numerals and is in extremely good condition. The case is oak and has a key with working lock and boasts beautiful column supports. The oak has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
