The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The movement is signed Thos Russell & Son, Liverpool, Swiss Made and it is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 52mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is the Russell model by the Illinois Watch Case Company of Elgin, USA. Thomas Russell would have imported the movement from Switzerland and the case from the US, and assembled and subsequently retailed the watch from their premises. The case has a small ‘ding’ to the front and some slight unevenness to the back.

The watch glass is in good condition.
The dial is signed with the Thomas Russell & Son, Liverpool name together with Tempus Fugit (time flies), Swiss Made. The dial is in very nice condition and has blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch comes with a double albert with each chain measures 19cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.
