The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
The movement has the Omega symbol to the balance cock. There is an inner hinged cover which covers the movement.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are Swiss hallmarks inside both of the case backs; the outer cover also has the early Omega symbol. The front of the case is in good condition with just the odd little indentation; the case back has unevenness.

The plastic watch lens is in good order.
The white enamel dial has a small chip on the very edge of the dial, between 11 and 12, and a couple of short hairline cracks.
The watch comes with a hallmarked silver chain, 35cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.
