For sale is this good WW2 American Army issue Elgin 554 15 jewel watch, circa 1940. The watch has general service wear to the case but still retains a large proportion of its original chrome plate. Waterproof screw down case back with full issue marks. The fully signed Elgin 554 15 jewel movement still retains is original movement dust cover and is in full working order holding time. At 75 years old it is still in good condition for its age and is supplied with the strap shown in the pics.
