The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The watch has a Swiss hand-winding movement (three adjustments which is a nice sign of quality). It is working well and the time keeping is good to within around two minutes over 24 hours. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case was made by the Illinois Watch Case Company. It is has a slight indentation to the back but overall is in good condition for an antique piece.
The watch glass is in good condition with just a few tiny nibbles to edge.
The dial is in good condition with just a little discolouration in places.
