The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The movement has the serial number 4,517,177 which dates it back to around 1914. The inner cover is nicely detailed commemorating the 1900 Paris Grand Prix medal win.

The watch measures 51mm diameter excluding the stem and the loop. The galonne case (800 silver with rose gold wash highlights) is in good order although most of the rose gold wash has worn off the back. The wash on the front bezel has some rubbing but a good amount still remains.
The plastic lens is in good condition.
The signed white enamel dial has three faint hairline cracks but otherwise looks good.
