1920s Rolled Gold Pocket Watch

Description

1920s rolled gold pocket watch.

The watch has a Swiss stem-winding movement, with 15 jewels, which is working nicely and the time keeping is good to within around two to three minutes over 24 hours.

The watch measures 49mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is rolled gold and it has charming engine turned detail to both the front and the back. There is also a small vacant cartouche to the back. There is some rubbing to the engine turned detail, just from use, and some light surface marks but overall the condition is very acceptable for a 1920s piece.

The lens is in good order.

The enamel dial has blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
