The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside both of the case backs for Birmingham 1908, with a maker's mark for the English watch case maker Aaron Dennison. The front of the case is in good condition. The back has some unevenness; there is a central cartouche with monogrammed initials.
The plastic lens is in good order.
The watch has a white enamel dial, with some short hairline cracks to the bottom, blued steel hands and an outer minute track.
