Stunning 5 Gong Twin Weight Art Deco Longcase

1900 - 1920
Description

Stunning Art Deco Twin Weight Oak Longcase / Grandfather Clock with a quality Hamburg American Clockfactory - Largo movement - which strikes the hours with a two tone double strike on 5 substantial gongs. These also note the half hours (again with a single double strike).

Classy gilt coloured dial and two weights, plus the expected glass pendulum door with separate round convex glass and attractive wooden framed movement door.

Both with finely carved decoration, topped off with a classical style motif decoration.

Approx Sizes:

Height 81.5in or 207cm

Trunk 19.8in or 50.04

Width at Feet 22in or 56cm

Depth at Feet 10.6in or 27cm
