For sale is this super fine and virtually mint pocket watch by John Elkan Ltd, London, Railway model, with very rare luminous paint to dial and hands. Circa 1930. I can only describe the dial and hand set as in fantastic original condition and as new. Very fine undamaged screw front and back case, diameter approx 58mm. The 15 jewel unsigned movement again is like new and in fine working order. Probably a private purchase railway guards watch with the additional advantage of the luminous hands and dial. The case back have various service marks from WW2 backwards which also adds to the watches history. You just do not find items like this and in this condition, its so rare.
