Antique 1906 Elgin gold plated full hunter pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement which is ticking away and the time keeping is good to around 2 - 3 minutes over 24 hours. The movement is signed Elgin Nat'l Watch Co U.S.A and it has the serial number 12332532 which dates it back to 1906.

The watch measures 41.2 mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the loop. The gold filled case is stamped Philadelphia Watch Case Co. Guaranteed twenty years. The case opens and closes as it should and has light surface marks from use but otherwise it is in nice condition.

The watch lens is plastic and has slight discolouration from age but otherwise it is in nice condition.

The dial is signed Elgin The dial has faint hairline cracks although hardly noticeable but otherwise it is in nice condition.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.
