Gents 1950s Wrist Watch with Stylish Lugs

1940 - 1960
Description

A gents wrist watch from the 1950s.

The watch has a Swiss hand-winding movement which is ticking away and the time keeping is good to within around one minute or so over 24 hours.

The watch measures 31.5mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the stylishly shaped lugs. The case is plated and there is wear and marking commensurate with its age. The case back is stainless steel.

The lens is in good condition.

The dial has some marking and discolouration.

A new black leather strap has been fitted.

We are a VAT registered company and all purchases are covered by Consumer Regulations.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
