Over a slim oak case with a long door with shaped top and mahogany crossbanding flanked on each side with reeded quarter columns. Beautiful brass faced, arch top dial with separate chapter ring, pierced spandrels and particularly good original steel fingers. Engraved with a double headed eagle over scrolling foliate forms and named for the clockmaker Peter Evers of Chester. Excellent colour and condition cleaned and polished in our workshops. The works have also been cleaned and overhauled and are sold with a 12 month guarantee. Original weights and pendulum. Winder and key supplied.
