Gents 1950s Ingersoll Wrist Watch

1940 - 1960
Description

A gents 1950s Ingersoll wrist watch.

The watch has a hand-winding movement which is ticking away and the time keeping is good to within approximately two minutes over 24 hours.

The watch measures 32.5mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is gold tone; there are general marks and scratches commensurate with its age.

The lens is in lovely condition.

The dial is signed Ingersoll, 5 Jewels, Shockproof. There is some freckling but overall it has a nice vintage appeal with original hands and an inner minute track.

A new black leather strap has been fitted.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
