Vintage 1910s Swiss Gun Metal Pocket Watch

1900 - 1920
Description

A vintage 1910s Swiss gun metal pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement which is ticking away and the time keeping is good to around 3 - 4 minutes over 24 hours. The jewelled movement is stamped 15 jewels, Swiss made.

The watch measures 50.2 mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the loop. The gun metal case has light surface marking from use but otherwise it is in nice condition. The inner dust cover has light surface scratches where the back has been opened over the years.

The watch lens is glass and is in nice condition with only the odd minor mark.

The dial has faint hairline cracks but otherwise it is in nice condition. It has its original blued steel hands.
