The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1950s.
The date is initially set by turning the hands clockwise to the required date. The movement is stamped seventeen 17 jewels, Swiss made.

The watch measures 33.3 mm diameter excluding the winding crown and 40.4 mm high including the lugs. The rose gold plated case has light surface marks from use and some wear to the lugs although it has a good vintage look. The screw-on case back is stamped stainless steel back, shock protected, non-magnetic and water protected although with any vintage watch I would not rely on it being water protected.

The lens is in good condition.
The dial is signed Gradus, 17 jewels, incabloc with Swiss made at the bottom. The dial has surface marking although it has a good vintage look.
The watch has its original hands.
A new black leather strap has been fitted.
