Vintage Gents 1960s Rotary Hand Winding Watch

1940 - 1960
Description

A vintage 1960s gents Rotary wrist watch.

The watch has a Swiss 17-jewel hand-winding movement which is ticking away nicely and the time keeping is good to within around 2 - 3 minutes over a 24 hour period and the date changes as it should ( between 12 & 2 o'clock ). The jewelled movement is unsigned.

The watch measures 33 mm diameter excluding the winding crown and 39 mm high including the lugs. The gold plated case has light surface marks from use and light wear to the backs of the lugs but otherwise it is in nice condition. The case back is stamped stainless steel back.

The lens is in nice condition.

The dial is signed Rotary, 17 jewels, incabloc with Swiss made at the bottom. The dial is in nice condition with only the odd minor mark.

The watch has its original hands.

The watch has a new black leather strap.
