The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1940s.
The movement is stamped with the Rotary wings and 15 jewels, Swiss made.

The watch was originally made as a gents watch although it would suit a slimmer wrist and also work as a ladies watch. The watch measures 19.6 mm wide excluding the winding crown and 41.5 mm high including the lugs. The 9ct gold case has London import marks for 1941. The case has light surface marks from use and the odd minor "ding" to the edge but overall it is in nice condition.

The lens is glass and has the odd minor mark although not over noticeable.
The dial is signed Rotary. The dial has light discolouring and faint surface marking but otherwise it is in nice condition.
The watch has its original blued steel hands.
The watch has a new brown leather strap.
