Description

Antique Swiss .935 silver full hunter pocket watch examined by Dent.

The watch has a three quarter plate stem-winding pin set movement which is ticking away and the time keeping is good to around 2 - 3 minutes over 24 hours. The movement is unsigned.

The watch measures 49.9 mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the loop. The silver case has Swiss .935 silver marks. The case has light surface marks from use and a couple of small "dings" but otherwise it is in nice condition. The inner case back is inscribed Examined by Dent, watchmaker to the Queen, 33 Cockspur St, London.

The watch lens has light surface marking but overall it is in nice condition.

The white enamel dial has faint hairline cracks but otherwise it is in nice condition.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.
