Solid Oak Westminster Chime Grandmother Clock (England, C. 1920)

Description

A Jacobean Style solid oak cased Grandmother clock dating to the George V period.. It has an arch top hood with barley twist side pillars and fretted hood side panels. The long door has a molded geometric design which is repeated in the base. It has a brass dial with a silvered chapter ring and Tempus Fugit disc and a German made movement that has a long pendulum and Westminster chimes that sound the quarters and hours. Current Condition

The case has been re-polished, the dial restored and re-lacquered, the movement has been serviced in our own workshops and is guaranteed for 12 months.
