Large Solid Oak Cased Fusee Dial Clock

Description

A large late 19th Century English fusee dial clock. It has a traditional pegged case with side and bottom inspection doors,a substantial turned oak bezel with a very thick bevel edge glass and a heavy cast brass bezel that has a silvered inside sight ring. The 14 inch diameter dial is signed by the maker, Skinner of London. It has a heavily engineered 8 day fusee movement.

Current Condition

The case has been repolished and waxed, the dial has been professionally restored, the movement has been serviced in our own workshops and is guaranteed for 12 months.
