Exquisite White Marble, Ormolu and Bronze Clock

Description

A superb quality and very stylish French mantle clock.

The main body of the clock is in white marble with ormolu mounts. Mounted on the top is an exquisite bronze figure of a cherub holding a laurel wreath.

The 8 day movement strikes the hours and half hours on a bell and has its original numbered pendulum.

The case is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips. The movement is in good working order and keeping good time. There are two small chips on the dial around the winding holes, but these are not very noticeable.

The maximum dimensions are:

37cm(14.5") high

18cm(7") wide

18cm(7") deep
