The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a good quality Swiss movement, 15 jewels, three adjustments.

The watch measures 23mm wide excluding the winding crown and 24mm high excluding the fixed wire lugs. The case is 9 carat rose gold and there are hallmarks inside the hinged case back for Glasgow (import mark), 1927 with an importer's mark for James Weir of Argyle Street and Buchanan Street, Glasgow. There are some dings and dents to the case but overall the condition is acceptable for a 1920s piece.

The lens is in good condition.
The enamel dial has an attractive look with an outer minute track running around the perimeter. There are some hairline cracks to the dial but they are faint to the naked eye.
A later black leather strap has been fitted.
