Description

A superb, ormulu french mantle clock with white porcelain dial, roman numerals, floral pocelain panel to base. The subject a cherub with scythe and harvested wheat, a bird feeding from spilled corn. The excellent quality 8 day movement striking pleasently on a bell with the backplate numbered and impressed A Brocot and Deletrez, Paris. Fully serviced and guaranteed for 12 months. Size approx. 14ins tall incl. base, 15 ins wide incl. base and 4.5 ins frtont to back. C. 1885.
