Puckerings has dated this Victorian Novelty Cruet Set to the 1880s.
The stand is marked by the silversmith, which is for Henry Bourne & Daniel J. O'Neill of Birmingham, only operated between 1881-1886, so easy to date.

The inserts are cut glass and silver plate, the mustard and pepper with pagoda shaped tops.
Excellent condition, measuring 5" x 4 7/8" standing 5 1/4" tall to top of mustard and pepper lids.
