Ladies Vintage 1930s Art Deco Wrist Watch

1920 - 1940
Description

A 1930s Art Deco wrist watch.

The watch has a hand-winding movement which is ticking away nicely and the time keeping is good to within around two minutes over 24 hours.

The watch measures 20mm wide excluding the winding crown and 28mm high excluding the lugs. The case is gold plated and there is some marking as you would expect in a piece of this age but overall the condition is good.

The lens is in good condition.

The geometric dial has a good Art Deco look. There is a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

A new black leather strap has been fitted.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
