The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1940s.
The watch is ticking away nicely and the time keeping is within 5 minutes over a 24 hour period.
The movement is signed Omega' 17 jewels, Swiss with the calibre number 28.10 RA SC PG and the serial number 10522709 which date the watch to between 1944 and 1947.

The case measures 32.5mm wide excluding the winding crown and 39.8mm high including the lugs. The stainless steel case has light surface marks from use and otherwise it is in nice condition. The case back is stamped Omega Watch Co Swiss made and numbered 2438-1. The case back has light surface scratches around the outer edge where the back has been removed over the years.

The watch lens is in nice condition.
The two tone dial is signed Omega automatic with Swiss made at the bottom. The dial is in its original finish and has a nicely aged look.
The watch has a new black leather strap.
