On offer is this fine Korean War American military issue pilots watch type A-17A with hack, by Elgin, circa 1952. With a serial no of 11232, this dates to the very early part of the 1950's when there was heavy involvement in Korea by American and United Nation forces. The Elgin is in fine original and unrestored working order, keeping excellent time and with working hack. Military issue watches from this period are becoming harder to find in good condition, this being a good example.
