Large Public Dial Clock

1900 - 1920
Description

A large dial clock, having a 16" painted enamel dial,signed by the retailer/maker Stanley, Leicester Square, London and a turned mahogany outer rim, with a heavy cast brass bezel and a thick bevel edge glass. It has an 8 day pendulum movement with counter poised hands.

Current Condition

The case has been re-polished, the dial has been professionally restored and the movement has been restored in our own workshops and is guaranteed for 12 months within the UK.

***our movement service includes a complete strip down, cleaning polishing pivots and re-bushing as required***
