18th Cent Longcase Clock Movement

Description

A very nice 18th cent longcase clock movement by Joshua Reynolds of Coventry. He is listed as working there from 1780-1800.

It has a very smart brass dial with gilt spandrels, silvered chapter ring and engraved centre.

The 30hr movement appears complete and runs and strikes with pressure on the wheels.

The dial is 11” square
